Beaches
All the beaches that are shown below are easy to walk to, the closest one next to the Nautilus bar/restaraunt being just at the bottom of the road.
Punta Prima Beach
Ten minutes walk south along the coast will bring you to Punta Prima Beach. This long stretch of sand has all the usual things to rent, during high season, sun loungers / sun shades/ pedallos. Foot showers and WCs are on site. No dogs are allowed and the beach is 'swept' each morning. Located on the promenade above the beach is Punta Prima Restaurant which has an extensive terrace for drinks and meals all through the day and into late evening. Flamenco dancing during the evening meal is a treat not to be missed.

Nautilus Beach
This beautiful beach is just five minutes walk from the apartment and is just below the Nautilus bar and restaurant. Swim or relax on the sand or go up the steps to the cool terrace of the bar overlooking the bay and enjoy a jug of sangria.

King's Land Beach
Five minutes walk north towards Torrevieja along the coast, you come to a beautiful secluded palm-fringed beach. So called as this land once belonged to the King of Spain and was used for hunting.

Playa Los Locos, Playa del Cura, Playa del Acequion, Playa Naufragos
All four of these beaches stretch along the coast line of Torrevieja town, They are all golden sand and some have beach bars/restaurants; you will find your favourite amongst them for sure.

All these beaches are safe to swim from and many have the coveted blue flag. However there can sometimes be strong under-currents and flags will be posted if there is any cause for concern. Please observe these flags at all times and ensure that you heed the warnings - there are fines for disregarding them but more essentially there is a risk to you and your loved ones if you ignore this advice.
